For over 25 years, I’ve been supporting leaders and project owners not only in launching their initiatives, but in successfully seeing them through – with clarity, structure, and a keen sense for the dynamics between strategy, organization, and execution. Whether it’s a major transformation, a critical project, or a creeping crisis – my approach is always effective, committed, and clear.

Alongside my professional work, I volunteer with the German Project Management Association (GPM-IPMA) as an assessor for individual project management certification. I care deeply about advancing quality and professionalism in the project landscape.
I’m a husband and father of two sons, living in Hattersheim near Frankfurt. I find balance in nature – ideally with a camera in hand. Photography is my way of focusing on what truly matters – a quality it shares with good project management.
